Climb quality mentors
All our mentors are hand selected based on their fit with Climb’s values and techniques, with each having passed our specialised training program. All mentors have a valid Working with Children Check and verifiable academic record.
Online Calendars & Flexible bookings
All sessions are automatically organised through Google Calendar, and reminders can be synced to any calendar platform that you prefer. All upcoming appointments can also be visualised by logging into our integrated booking system. Reschedule your bookings with ease via our integrated calendar platform.
Seamless payment processing
Our integrated platform provides a safe and convenient way to process your payments via the secure Stripe gateway.

FAQs

1-on-1 lessons are organised through our integrated booking system, Setmore.
Group sessions are organised via contact directly with Climb via our specialised group session contact form or via bookings@climbeducation.com.au
All sessions are integrated through Google Calendar and conducted through Google Meet.
Session reminders can be synced through either your Google or Outlook accounts.

Payments are made during the process of booking each session through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Once your payment has been made you will receive an automated confirmation of your payment.
We also offer subscription services to streamline the payment process.

1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled online via our integrated booking platform, Setmore.
In the event that you are rescheduling a 1-on-1 session within 24 hours of the arranged time, or you are rescheduling a group session, you will need to contact us via bookings@climbeducation.com.au
You will only be charged for sessions that are held, you will not be charged for any session that is rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice.
In the event that a group session is rescheduled in less than 24 hours then only the client responsible for the change will be charged a $15 late rescheduling fee.

1-on-1 sessions can be cancelled online via our integrated booking platform, Setmore.
In the event that you are cancelling a 1-on-1 session within 24 hours of the arranged time, or you are cancelling a group session, you will need to contact us via bookings@climbeducation.com.au
If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the organised time a $15 surcharge will apply.

Schedules can change, and we endeavour to adapt to times that best suit you.
You can use our booking platform to find a 1-on-1 session that best suits you, or flag your interest in a group session with a particular tutor.
Alternatively, email bookings@climbeducation.com.au or call 1300 0 CLIMB (1300 0 25462) and we will find another tutor to fit your needs.
